DONUT wrapped in BACON and covered with CHOCOLATE, donuts

DONUT wrapped in BACON and covered with CHOCOLATE

 - Donuts
 - Bacon
 - Chocolate

How to
 - Wrap the donuts in bacon
 - Bake the bacon until it turns crisp (180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit)
 - Let them cool down again
 - Melt chocolate and cover the donuts wrapped in bacon with chocolate
 - Let the chocolate cool down and harden

This is my version of asian bbq baby back ribs. Its an excellent recipe.


Asian BBQ sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Hoy Sin sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Asian Dry Rub:
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup 5 spice powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

How To:
 - Remove the membrane from the ribs
 - Mix the dry rub ingredients
 - Sprinkle some olive oil on the spare ribs
 - Applly the first coat of dry rub on the ribs
 - Wait until the first coat gets moist and then apply a second coat
 - Setup your smoker at 110 degrees celsiusor 225 fahrenheit
 - Smoke the ribs for 4 hours
 - Mix the ingredients for the sauce and let the sauce boil for 5 minutes
 - Brush the sauce on to the ribs
 - Let the ribs smoke for another 1/2 hour

Get your cedar plank on amazon


- 1 pack Philadelphia
- 150 gram pre-cleaned and cooked small shrimp
- 3 pinches salt
- 2 teaspoons hot sacue
- 500 gram salmon filet

How To:
- Mix the philadelphia, salt, shrimp and hot sauce
- Spread it on the salmon
- Place the salmon on the cedar plank
- Place the cedar plank over direct heat this wil steam and smoke the salmon at the same time.
- Use a knife to see if the salmon is fully cooked

 - Pulled Pork leftovers
 - Filo dough sheets (3 sheets makes 4 snacks)
 - Cole slaw
 - BBQ Sauce
 - Egg white

How To:
 - Layer 3 sheets filo dough
 - Cut the filo dough in the quarters
 - Lay on some cole slaw, pulled pork and sauce
 - Wrap the filo dough and seal with egg white
 - Fry the spring rolls in 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit oil
 - Fry until golden brown
 - Use BBQ Sauce as a dipping sauce

- let ist soak in for a while
- Grill the bread over direct heat
- Grill the bottom too
- The bread is done when its golden brown
